At Attention To Detailing, we are committed to delivering high-quality, professional detailing services. Please review the policies below before your appointment.

Appointments & Deposits

Appointments must be requested through our online booking form and are confirmed based on availability.

A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your final balance.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Pricing & Vehicle Condition

Listed prices reflect base rates. Final pricing is determined after evaluating the vehicle in person.

If a vehicle requires additional time, labor, or specialized treatment due to excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, odors, or other conditions, pricing may be adjusted accordingly. Any necessary adjustments will be discussed before continuing service.

“Final pricing” refers to the total cost after in-person evaluation and any unexpected & extended labor required to complete the service properly.

Mobile Services

We offer fully equipped mobile detailing and do not require access to your water or electricity.

Adequate space is required to safely work around the vehicle.

We reserve the right to reschedule mobile appointments due to unsafe or inclement weather conditions.

Please confirm permission from property owner/manager before scheduling mobile services.

Shop-Based Services

Shop services are performed at our home garage location by appointment only. Address details are provided after booking confirmation.

Vehicles must be dropped off and picked up at scheduled times. If a vehicle is dropped off late, we may not be able to complete the service within the originally scheduled timeframe.

In cases of severe weather that may impact safety or scheduling, shop appointments may be rescheduled.

Child Car Seats & Personal Items

We will remove child car seats if necessary for cleaning. However, customers are responsible for properly reinstalling all child safety seats after service.

Please remove all personal belongings prior to your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Results Disclaimer

While we use professional-grade products and techniques, complete stain or odor removal cannot always be guaranteed due to material type, severity, or prior damage.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a vehicle presents unsafe conditions or undisclosed issues that pose health or safety risks.
